Salary is competitive among most companies in this area
Cons
They have no training program for hourly or salary individuals. I feel they are more focused on quantity not quality and they treat their associates like machines instead of individual people. There has to be a relationship between hourly associates and management and without that you have chaos and mutiny amongst the associates and managers. This is what is happening here
