Pros
Looks good to have Goldman Sachs on your resume. Exposure to High Net Worth Clients that you won't find anywhere else. They make sure you are educated before putting you in front of clients.
Cons
The job is basically Indentured Servitude. They expect you to work 60 - 70 hour weeks, but always find reasons to not promote you or skimp on your bonus. Pay is extremely top-heavy. Account managers make tons of $$$, everyone else gets scraps. The Chicago office is actually in Deerfield, IL and the commute is a nightmare.
