The Money...The experience of working in a dog eat dog work environment to sharpen one's competitive skills....the networking capabilites available.
Cons
No work life balance....you spend every day chained to your email putting out fires. Family becomes a non entity in your personal life as you are required to put GS first in order for your efforts to be recognized and acknowledged.
