Pros
You have a great management team which will help you at every stage of your career. The feedback given by the your immediate manager and your peers will be immediate and honest. They also have a great year-end review system. They take great care of ensuring career progression.
Cons
Goldman Sachs is known for long working hours. There is also too much pressure if you don't "fit" in their culture. The pay is abysmal for people starting out with most of it being shared by the upper management. Though they try to evaluate your performance objectively, lot of things depend on perception.
