Pros
There are a lot of reasons to work here. You can proud to work in a great company. The management is extremely efficient and knowledgable. Meritocracy enviroment - so, if you do great work you are always recognized. Lots of potential for upward career movement. Management strives to create those oppurtunities. It has good benifits along with a gym. You definitely get to learn a lot from your colleagues.
Cons
There are not so many downsides. Well, one of the main thing would be the work life balance. That would be virtually non-existent. If you are in IT, you need to understand that you are offering services to the business people
