Pros
- great for your CV - you get to work with some of the brightest people around - learning opportunities are abundant
Cons
- political jungle - the working hours are hideous (think weekends, calls at the break of dawn) - work effort is never really appreciated. it might be smarter to "talk" your way up the ladder ;) - compensation so-so (do not believe what you read in the papers sweeties)
