Pros
Most people do not work during weekends. People in this division work hard, but it is nothing like investment banking hours.
Cons
Almost everybody in this division wants to move to the "revenue side." The vast majority of people who try to switch divisions are unable to. People come to this division thinking they can switch. Once they find out they cannot, they move on to another company. The division has very high turnover.
