      -smart people, great reputation on the street, bragging rights -hard workers, committed coworkers, real ownership of projects -THE place to work if you want to do finance

      Cons

      -no hand holding here; you either sink or swim -as everyone mentioned, looooonnngg work hours, but that's a given in this industry
