      Pros

      Everyone I have worked with in GS is a extremely good in what they are doing.

      Cons

      The company is too big. Although they call themselves a meritocracy, the truth is that sometimes it is more important just to be more senior even if you contribute less.

      Great benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k) and PTO package. Lots of opportunities to get involved and network across the firm and in the community.

      Cons

      For many teams, the salary is not competitive for other companies. High stress.
