      Great brand in your resume. Ensure that you grow a thick sikin since it is a very aggressive environment to work in.

      Cons

      People can be in your face about things you didn't do. It is very much a boys club, so you have to work through that.

      Great benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k) and PTO package. Lots of opportunities to get involved and network across the firm and in the community.

      Cons

      For many teams, the salary is not competitive for other companies. High stress.
