Pros
It is a great company to work for along with it being a # 1 investment bank amongst its competitors. Also the employees at the company are smart and have a great work ethic along with loving to work for the company. A sense of a proud feelings is there when you work for goldman sachs
Cons
seems like you have very little room for advacement, espeically out of the operations department. In addition, it felt that if you were in operations you were stuck there for a very long time with the fact that the program lasts 18 months before any sort of move is available which in turn is unlikely to happen either way.
