      The pay is great and there is room for advancement.

      Cons

      There's no work/life balance whatsoever. Managers have no issues asking you to work on weekends. People are tied to their blackberry all hours of the night.

      Great benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k) and PTO package. Lots of opportunities to get involved and network across the firm and in the community.

      Cons

      For many teams, the salary is not competitive for other companies. High stress.
