Nice to talk golf with customers. Fun to see all the new and latest golf equipment. Great to watch customers get excited about their passion.
Cons
Upper Management have a power complex. They like to drive the Store Managers into the ground. The Company does not care about how good you and the store are doing, they will tear everything down that the store builds up. If you are looking for a career in golf, run far a way from this place. This company will take the passion out of anyone that works there for any length of time.
