Everything is a lie, people act like they care but there is so much favoritism, threats and no balance. Only want to be told everything is perfect, even when things suck. Toxic positivity from some of the worst leadership you will ever see. As long as you agree with them and act like it is fine and suck up, you might do ok, even when nobody is making quota. Just don't ask for help or say the truth...if you do that, they turn on you.
