      Pros

      Waited a few months to post this, but couldn’t recommend Gong highly enough. Unbelievable product, great culture, compensation, and benefits. The leadership team are phenomenal, shout out to Wendy Harris who is a force of nature in the EMEA office.

      Cons

      Only con at the moment is that the company does not match employee pension contributions. Hoping that this will change in the future.

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.
