I’ve been at Gong for 6 months now and just completed my first full quarterly feedback cycle, where my manager and I reflected on what I’ve achieved, where I want to grow, and what steps I’ll take to drive that growth. Bottom line: I’m so glad I chose Gong, which is a company full of curious and kind people, where the opportunities to make an impact are abundant, and where I can show up as myself. This is a company that truly lives its values - especially “Enjoy the Ride.” It’s easy to enjoy the ride with quarterly recharge days (4-day-weekends where the entire org unplugs) and supportive leadership, which empower us to own our careers and be our own managers. I’m thankful for my team, Gong’s leadership, and the person who kicked off my Gong experience - my amazing sales enablement recruiter, who provided so much support and demonstrated why I wanted to become a Gongster.
