Pros
I joined Gong around 6 months ago and so far it has been exactly how it looks from the outside, extremely innovative, with a lot of talented people and they seem to hire in all the right places. They don't care about the sales team only, they hire so their customers can be successful. Whilst early days, I would highly recommend Gong for anyone wanting to join in Dublin or the UK.
Cons
As any fast growing company, the expectations are higher, the workload can be high and you have to wear multiple hats. You get to experience how a business is growing from the ground up.
