If you're not totally switched on and energized by what's at stake, please consider whether you're optimizing for stability, or alternatively, for hard-hitting action. The latter is what I find to be SUPER exciting at Gong, but it isn't necessarily for everyone. Gong's high intensity should be factored into your decision about joining this high-achieving team.
