Pros
- A lot of flexibility in how you manage your projects and day-to-day. Some people prefer more structure, but I really enjoy the ownership I have around what I work on - The Operating Principles really do drive the culture of the company - Even working remotely, I feel connected to my team and my coworkers - My leadership puts a lot of trust in the people they hire, so there are a lot of decisions I get to make myself, which is great! - I feel really confident about the future of Gong, so it's exciting to be part of the company at this stage
Cons
- Super fast-paced. Personally, I'm used to working in an environment like Gong but if you're coming from a huge company that moves slow - it might be a tough adjustment - No 401k matching
