      Pros

      Great product, team, L&D, market fit, growth opportunities, culture, I could go on and on. Gong checks every single box of my high standards for companies, would work there again in a heartbeat if given the opportunity.

      Cons

      Unfortunately had to do some layoffs. Enterprise segment needs some adjusting but changes are in the works.

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.
