Thanks for taking the time to post your feedback. I was happy to read your praise for our product and our marketing and sales teams (I couldn’t agree more), but it was difficult to hear that you felt micro-managed and pressured daily. Empowerment is a cornerstone of our culture. Employees shouldn’t feel micro-managed and pressured. We want employees to feel autonomous, where they have the freedom to identify and work through problems by themselves – and ask for help when they need it. That’s how growth happens.
