The environment at Gong is a perfect formula for both business and personal growth. I cannot fault the culture being driven from leadership, all the way through to the reps. Their number 1 priority is your personal well-being. If you have a family concern, feeling unwell or simply need some time, then this is always considered. The leaders will tell you not just what you want to know, but what you need to know to be successful in your position based on your goals. Whilst doing this, there is still an underlying genuine care that comes with the feedback. Everyone in any position is super approachable which makes the ability to move quickly, more possible. An honest, transparent and purpose driven atmosphere makes working at Gong a joy.
Cons
It’s hard work, but that’s what you sign up for. The company is going places. More-so than many other companies out there and it’s a great opportunity to be part of something phenomenal.
