      Pros

      The clear winner in a crowded sales tech space. Gong has some work to do, but the foundation and brand recognition have put Gong ahead of the pack. Remote for most roles- which is huge for attracting and keeping talent Comp- quite strong in the market Work/life balance - excellent in my opinion Leadership - supportive, smart, and available

      Cons

      Gong is now selling multi-product, and the team is ironing out the details as expected. Market reception to new products has been highly positive. 401k matching is missing.

      Pros

      Amazing company to work at, it's definitely hard work but it's worth it on a sales and monetary perspective.

      Cons

      You wear a LOT of hats and have a ton of responsibilities.
