      Pros

      Joy out of helpings patients if you are looking to get into healthcare.

      Cons

      Trainer is rude and discouraged people from asking questions and learning the job properly. Her response to everything is look at the manual or she will bully you and answer you in a sarcastic tone. Management is clicky and gossip very high school like environment. Management will tell you one thing one day and then tell you a different story the next day.
