Pros
You get hired right away
Cons
There are so many to lists. Majority of the staff is Medical Assistants. There is no distinction between MA and LVN as far as duties go. Training is horrible. You get trained on things that you aren't even going to be using. The staff sucks. The pay is ridiculously low. They have been working there so long that they can't accept change or understand the concept of learning new things and training new people. The owner walks around and just spits out gibberish about values which they definitely don't follow especially their "seasoned " nurses. Consistently conflicting information. Disorganized. Promised full time but not working full time hours. Never have I worked at such a horrible place. I was warned but decided to give it a chance. They were not wrong. About to quit.
