After management changes took place with in past 2 years the mission is no longer implemented. Executive manager has caused resident satisfaction to decline. Residents feel as if or when they complain they will be ignored or have no one to complain too. Residents are being told to move if they don’t like it when they do complain. Residents are now treated as a number. Staff that stood for the Good Samaritan Way, are bullied or eliminated by management. Staff and residents are now living in fear. Residents are now receiving poor treatment and neglect. The Christ centered atmosphere is gone.
