Pros

What i enjoyed the most was working with my Boss Jose at store 113. When meeting the district manager and CEO they were both very honest and straight forward at what they wanted and what they expected. Overall this is a great company to work for.

Cons

The only downside is that the turn over rate is quite high but which fast food restraunt isnt.

Pto & sick time accumulates weekly. $30 dollars a week in comped food Christmas is a paid holiday 2 weeks vacation a year.

Cons

Unfair treatment & inspections Most district managers have been with the company since day one and don’t understand change in the industry post-apps. Each of the 30+ stores is ran differently and that’s okay.
