Pros
When applying to GoodRx, I was eager to find a company that was thoughtfully working toward making healthcare more patient-centered - and I definitely landed at the right place. GoodRx employees are incredibly smart and dedicated to the mission of making healthcare more affordable and convenient. Everyone has a seat at the decision-making table (regardless of level), and is pushed to be the master of their own domain. The people I work with are some of my closest friends, and GoodRx does a lot to facilitate this close-knit environment (including weekly happy hours, great quarterly events, monthly game nights, and new hire lunches).
Cons
Career progression feels very possible, as GoodRx is great about promoting, but the steps required to progress aren't well defined. As we continue to grow, I think we'll need to formalize some processes a bit better (such as onboarding, project planning, team differentiation, and channels to receive support from other teams), but this seems standard in a start-up environment.
