Pros
Out of all my employers, I feel as if GoodRx has been my favorite so far. The company is small (was 1/2 the size it is now compared to when I first started) but still finds a way to make a difference across the USA. There's also a lot of opportunity to make a difference at the company as the company has yet to solve some existing challenges and can do so in the future if it stays on track. On my first day on the job, as I walked in to greet the receptionist for the first time as a GoodRx employee, the co-CEO Doug opened and held the door open for me. This is not something that would have ever happened at my former employers and it made me feel welcome. Earlier in the year, my father was sick and GoodRx gave me care packages which helped my family get through a challenging time. The company is small enough to where you can see the work you do make a difference. Working at GoodRx is great because you can help better healthcare in the USA, solve interesting challenges of a growing company, and the company treats its employees very well and fairly!
Cons
There are very few cons. I feel GoodRx has been the most reasonable and I have been very happy thus far with everything. I had to sit and think about this one for a good 15 minutes before I could come up with a legitimate con (especially since the company has been in my opinion very generous especially during the pandemic). There is no gym at the office and the gym benefit is exercise classes which I am not fond of. I like to work out on my own and not be guided by someone. Basically, there is a benefit provided, and I don't use it, very minor con.
