Pros

none that I can think of

Cons

the previous one star review was spot on. Whomever wrote it should be commended ! Summed it up perfectly. Most co workers were great, that's about it. The problem is CEOs, HR, and management. The go out of their way to create a toxic environment. I should have known the moment I saw "we value our employees" pasted all over the walls. They treat grown adults as children. They even refuse to train new hires, then they have the nerve to fire them for poor performance ! The absolute worst thing about this place is their unrelenting pushing of their politics. They have employees in HR that go on social media for the sole purpose of "getting" anyone that thinks differently than the political agenda they push. They fire people as if they are pieces of discarded meat. This is just scratching the surface of the psychological games they play. I only wish someone would have the guts to bring a lawsuit against them, because it would be totally warranted. . The pervasive culture of fear instilled a constant sense of unease and hindered any chance of open and honest communication. They pry into personal lives. I've personally been asked by mgmt. to view my cell phone texts! Only place I've ever worked where HR is anti employee ! It's insanity. Please stay away if you value your sanity. It's extremely cult-like and has a very high turnover. I was there for 2 years, and over 45 employees came and went in that time .

I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

Cons

The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

Pros

Great impact on the community

Cons

Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
