      Pros

      Lots of creative freedom. I had my own private office. Benefits were awesome.

      Cons

      Entry level pay. Little to no training. I had to figure it ALL out on my own. Very frustrating.

      Pros

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Great impact on the community

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
