Pros

They have a lot of program that are aimed at helping the unemployed, which is how I came to work there, however briefly, find jobs. They work with people who have disablities or who have criminal records, and so on.

Cons

I worked at e-books, which is where books get sold online. The books came in these heavy containers that were sometimes broken or the wooden platforms carrying them would sometimes be in varying degress of disrepair. This poses a certain level of danger, because, as I mentioned before, the containers carrying these books would be very heavy and could easily earn someone a trip to the hospital if the containers would fall over and the person couldn't get out of the way in time.
