Pros

There are not any real pros to working with this company other than potentially meeting good people, if you are lucky.

Cons

Excessive micromanagement, nearly pays minimum wage, hard physical labor, constant exposure to the elements, unsafe work environment. If you are promoted you will barely be paid more than minimum wage, manager make less than I have at other entry level jobs. Goodwill has also been exposed for misappropriation of funds in recent years (supposedly a nonprofit), they also recently ended a program in which they were providing employment to mentally disabled persons, leaving them all unemployed and majorly upsetting their life habits.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
