Pros
Great people to work with good culture great health benefits good time off work like balance is great truly care about your well being great for someone who has experience in there field
Cons
no room for advancement at all while they might be a large non profit but the pay is certainly less than desirable for certain divisions promises of advancement are made but all newly created were filled with outside talent no attempts for development have been made not so great for people right out of school or with limited experience
