Pros

Goodwill-Suncoast's mission is to help people achieve their full potential through the dignity and power of work. 87.7% of GIS budget is devoted to programs and services. Last year, they placed 10,178 people in jobs and served 66,841 people. Employees stay with Goodwill and are dedicated to the mission. Great benefits and very well run company.Senior management is excellent, knowledgeable and fair, except for one.

Cons

Rethink, reevaluate HR, HR management, and power base. Too much power in the VP of HR hands. Be aware you will put in overtime if you are a manager and you are salaried so you will not get paid overtime.

Pros

Great manager and team members. Flexible work schedule and easy workplace. I am familiar in local community and its work culture.

Cons

Slow response from Goodwill hiring management. Even though their career website have available job positions in locations where I live nearby, but I wish I get response from hiring management to have an interview and move forward with hiring process.
