Pros

Customers can be nice, fun and different because you get to see all the different donations that come in. Sometimes white people show they don't like african americans. I came to a different world when I came to this country racist town.

Cons

Pay is minimum wage, Leads make 8.25 an hour. Where I am from that is a slap in the face, to pay adults with experience this little money in 2013. Management in the Sumter store is horrible, unprofessional and does not know what she is doing. I seen prejudice there, white people keep their job and does not have the qualifications to perform the job.

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
