Pros

Strong job satisfaction. Working with participants and others is rewarding, and the hours and little perks were good.

Cons

Pay very low for responsibilities, Every other employee makes more than people working with participants in store and community. job coaches have quotas as well, for the lower pay, job coaches get to keep others they work with motivated and keep up flow of merchandise themselves.

I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

Cons

The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
