Pros

The mission is great help individuals with cognitive disabilities to obtain and maintain employment

Cons

The job coaching CBS department is a shady department they micromanage and treat their employees as children's as they cannot think for themselves. It is management versus top coaches it's not United and they do not support their coaches in any way shape or form the communication is horrible and many fear to even speak their minds because they will get bullied. Never in my life have I worked for a company like this. Management will block your raises. I'm not sour or bitter this is the truth I'm so many others just like me have experienced it

Pros

Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

Cons

Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
