      Cons

      Nonprofit pay scale. Some positions do not lead to growth. Medical benefits are mediocre at best.

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Cons

      Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
