Pros
Great co-workers at Goodwill. I work from the office, but also out of the stores sometimes. I haven't had any problems with staff.
Cons
If you work per diem, your hours are not steady. But to me it's worth it. They offer benefits at the full time level, such as: medical, and retirement.
