Pros

They go with your schedule. They are nice and you get to know people and its a way of getting expierence if you never worked before. They train you and its an amazing expierence.

Cons

Some sales associates aren't as effcient as they should be. There will be days with lots of stress on your backs and sometimes you feel the pressure to the extremes.

Pros

Great pay, good team, flexibility and decent work

Cons

Dusty sometimes and some of the stuff can be gross but that's just part of working at a thrift store, having to handle that stuff

Pros

There is not a single "pro" to be listed.

Cons

The entire corporate office is beyond ignorant. Completely out of touch with reality, price gouging customers trying to raise profit margins for the non profit. Everyday at any second one call from corporate and there is a change to how everything has to be done, usually causing more issues only to blame people who had nothing to do with their ideas. They don't let the store manager be a store manager.. in fact, I'll sum up everything you need to know in one sentence.. they went as far as to install systems to remotely control the thermostat from their comfy corporate office. Imagine not just the employees but the customers constantly complaining. That is how out of touch with reality they all are.
