Pros

- Easy to get hired - Most of the job is just showing up on time - Sorting clothes and manning the cash register is pretty easy work - for 25 cents above minimum wage in Arizona where it's already pretty high is great - Lots everywhere so likely easy commute - Friendly coworkers and bosses, at least where I work at. I'd imagine any job is very dependent on the bosses, I'm just lucky the main guy here has always been very lax. - Easy dress code. Can wear sunglasses or a hat if you need it. - Flexible schedule

Cons

- Disgusting nonfunctional bathrooms. Corporate refuses to pay anyone to clean them so they're just out of service most of the time. I have to go to a nearby building. - Disposable Employees. People get hired and fired left and right. - Extremely bright lights that cause headaches - Low pay. It's fine for entry level but they will never pay you that much, better to move on.

Pros

I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

Cons

The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

Pros

Great impact on the community

Cons

Terrible salary and hourly pay rates. They claim they care about the community, but don't do anything for their own people to make sure they're taken care of and paid fairly.
