      Pros

      Supportive co-workers, but work primarily on your own to get the job done. Excellent job satisfaction on daily basis helping particiants achieve their goals. Goodwill name is known in the community because of the stores.

      Cons

      General public has no idea all the services that the organization provides. For example, medical equipment loan, training for construction, auto tech, bank teller, medical office.

      I get paid consistently. I don't have to stress about restraining people or raising my voice. My clients are friendly.

      The pay is that good. I have to travel to NYC every day.

      Having a set schedule every week with 2 days off in a row Goodwill scholarship program is fantastic lots of career advice and support giving back to the community

      Cons

      Working weekends, nights, and holidays The customers are so rude Management says one thing but then caves to the customers which undermines the employees so many exchanges the clientele rude people the customers
