Helping change lives for different populations with barriers, assisting job seekers find employment. Establishing great partnerships with businesses in the local community, working with small businesses to stay economically sustainable and connected within their community.
Cons
It would help if the company would allow us to stay within our job description VS us having work additional roles. So we can focus solely on our job duties, therefore we can have better outcomes when it comes to quality of service.
