Other than it being a thrift store not many pros

Cons

Had to beg for donations if you don’t get enough they cut your hours Don’t give enough hours If your cashier it’s the worse position because you are expected to cashier, open bathroom, open front and back fitting rooms, can’t take a bathroom break, and clean up the sales floor
