Pros

I used to think there were some pros, but after working at Goodwin, I have found the ownership and leadership team to be liars. To be fair, the trainers are the best part of the company.

Cons

Favoritism, the owner is fake and phony, and the CEO lacks integrity. When you lose 100 people in 3 months, that tells a story. When more than 1/2 the team has zero income in February, that tells a story.

Pros

I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.

Cons

It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

* Some genuinely kind and supportive coworkers * Remote/flexible aspects of the role may appeal to some people * Opportunity to gain recruiting and sales experience in a fast-paced environment

Cons

* In my experience, leadership could be overly aggressive and created a very high-stress environment * I personally observed favoritism within parts of management, which negatively impacted morale * Expectations and communication often felt inconsistent * The role became emotionally exhausting and affected my work-life balance * Certain practices and decisions did not align with what I personally considered professional or ethical
