This committed team covers every aspect of our business and shares all we have learned in our company's long history of positive achievements. Partners are supported with a positive business culture and a committed team of experienced hospitality partners dedicated to helping our new teammates find traction in their business and find progress early. New members of our team enjoy the benefit of jumping right into our business with our existing clients and partners, doing deals with our current team to gain experience and begin earning, while building their own client relationships simultaneously. Our leadership team works closely with our new partners after training to help support and share our best practices. Your income is based on your commitment and drive. Our leaders in performance are self-driven and ambitious, enjoy the independence of running their own office with the support and direction provided by the company and leadership team while being a part of a team and strong culture. Our team enjoys the interaction and deal making connections we make with each other on a day to day basis and our team relies on each other to help deliver candidates to help fill existing job orders. Our goal is to strike the right balance between operational independence, support and direction, and a positive team culture. We believe in a strong work/life balance. Many of our team members are experienced recruiters or professionals who love the industry, but desire more control of their career and earnings and are interested in working a more traditional Monday through Friday work week.

Pros

I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.

Cons

It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

* Some genuinely kind and supportive coworkers * Remote/flexible aspects of the role may appeal to some people * Opportunity to gain recruiting and sales experience in a fast-paced environment

Cons

* In my experience, leadership could be overly aggressive and created a very high-stress environment * I personally observed favoritism within parts of management, which negatively impacted morale * Expectations and communication often felt inconsistent * The role became emotionally exhausting and affected my work-life balance * Certain practices and decisions did not align with what I personally considered professional or ethical
