Pros

When you join Goodwin Recruiting you are joining a family of supportive recruiters that offers a warm, collaborative teams that supports a very cohesive "shared" business mentality. They hire great people and turn them into great recruiters. Recruiting can be a very "cut throat" business. It's not like that at Goodwin Recrtuiting.

Cons

The company is growing so quickly that the turnover seems to be increasing greatly.

We love that you feel like part of a family – we think the support our partners give each other is the best! The increased growth gives the illusion of greater turnover, but when measured in percentages, we are proud of our 67% retention rate which is more than double the industry average. We have been able to maintain that ratio throughout our growth and are always working towards ways to improve it. Thank you for your valued and perceptive input!

Pros

I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.

Cons

It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

Pros

Good exposure to CRM management, good framework of full desk recruitment

Cons

It’s a “good ole boys club”, overly micromanaged environment, condescending methods of communication, false portrayals of wanting to help candidates in their journey- more about throwing spaghetti on the wall until something sticks.
