The best part of being a Goodwin Recruiting business partner is the support that you get from the other partners to build and grow your own business including the extensive support from IT, Accounting/Billing, HR, and the Regional Directors, as well as all of the technical support that we receive.
In all of the years I worked in Operations at any level, I have never made as much money as I make now and have the flexibility to work as much or as little as I want.
Cons
There aren't any that I can think of. Running your own business is in your own hands and success comes from your own focus, drive, and determination.

It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

Good exposure to CRM management, good framework of full desk recruitment
Cons
It’s a “good ole boys club”, overly micromanaged environment, condescending methods of communication, false portrayals of wanting to help candidates in their journey- more about throwing spaghetti on the wall until something sticks.
