Goodwin Recruiting Response

Thank you for the time you spent in partnership with Goodwin. Your feedback on your experience is appreciated! The collaboration you called out as a “Pro” can sometimes be perceived as cliquishness. As independent contractors, our recruiting partners can leverage their networks in any way they choose, so their choice to work in particular groups could be viewed another way. That being said, we strive for inclusivity at every level and encourage partners to join our voluntary DEI Council to broaden their reach both internally and externally. Our partners control their business, their daily schedule, and their income, but we do have best practices and standards that are aimed at helping everyone by keeping the Goodwin brand name strong. Our brand reputation allows our partners to differentiate themselves in the market, so our promise is to do our best to help everyone find success through high-quality relationships and operations!
I love the support we get to achieve our goals through ongoing training and development, and the constant focus on providing us with the best technology. I also love that we have a support team from accounting, IT, HR, and regional directors to keep focused on the task at hand, which is connecting with people.
Cons
It's hard work, but no job is easy. For some, it may be surprising that you are accountable to yourself, so it takes focus, commitment, dedication, and perseverance. Work-life balance comes from what you put into your business to achieve what you want out of it.

Pros
Good exposure to CRM management, good framework of full desk recruitment
Cons
It’s a “good ole boys club”, overly micromanaged environment, condescending methods of communication, false portrayals of wanting to help candidates in their journey- more about throwing spaghetti on the wall until something sticks.
